Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement. Analyze existing business processes and requirements to support system implementation or enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop detailed business process models, use cases, and functional specifications. Assist in the design and implementation of products or services, ensuring regulatory compliance. Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery. Work closely with IT teams to translate business needs into functional specifications. Conduct gap analysis, identify system limitations, and recommend solutions to improve systems functionality. Participate in system configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes in business operations. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during system implementations or upgrades. Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems. Ensure compliance with security standards and data integrity in systems. Participate in Presales activities.

Design, configuration and testing of Finance module. Provide initial and in-depth issue resolution for customer Work with department user to understand their requirement and conduct fit/gap analysis. Convert requirement to functional specs and functional design document. Communicate effectively in all medium and to all levels within the organization. User training and related training document creation. Provide ERP implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting support for Finance Module Assist customer with financial data migration and best practices support Demonstrate the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization with professionalism and best practice expertise Additional HOD duties as required by management.
