1) To perform the aftersales service and support business as assigned by Admins & M&E Supervisor. To schedule, monitor and manage the day to day activities, This could include Maintenance Service work for Maianenance service & other Emergency call visit and repairings Under RMAS. 2) Frequent contact with customers and look for the business opportunity for maintenance services and Equipment Rental. 3) Be solution driven; focus on finding the right solution for long term customer relationship development.
