- Assist and coordinates the day to day activities of teams that ensure optimal functioning and maintenance of the building. - Assist and running daily operation of the building smoothly. - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. - Assist in taking charge of ISO documents and M&E checklist. - Assist in handling all emergency situations when required. - Act as safety team member during any emergency situation including activating the emergency system. - Inform Reporting Manager of daily needs, problems and client feedback - Assist in maintaining facilities of building on a continual basis throughout shift - Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. - Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the management when required.
- Fully understand about digital marketing and content management for hotels - Knowledge and able to work on photoshop or related software - Able to manage all traditional marketing activities in the hotel - Completes weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan. - Works closely with related parties and communicate effectively for most update information regarding PR/ Marketing matters - Makes sure all productions and design to meet Eskala standard and present its corporate identity - Conducts Public Relations, communication / advertising programs. - Sources PR/Advertising agencies, printers etc, negotiate price and quotations. - Makes sure Newsletter design and production are done in timely manner. - Maintains all social media in the hotel as in charge update on time with hotel standards - Maintain the brand website in the appropriate manner. - Follows up the monthly calendar as per the marketing objectives and manage to get more traffic and conversion business.
- To serve visitors/customers by appropriate greeting, welcoming, directing and providing required information - Greeting customer warmly and politely - Answer the phone in a timely manner and take messages or transfer call to related person - To prepare the daily report and report to Supervisor - Take customer information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers - Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management.
Supervise the day to day cleaning in public areas including lobby, driveway, Management offices, pool area, public rest room, corridors, pathway, locker rooms, staircases etc. Perform routine inspections of all public areas, service areas, and storerooms. Supervise, record and coordinate pest control, flowers, bin center, landscaping and periodical deep cleaning operations on all area of responsibility. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area. Clean public areas in emergency situations. Makes regular rounds of all units to check the work area. Reports to supervisor on conditions and needs in units. Issue supplies/goods to staff at beginning of shift in order to control inventory. Report all maintenance defects to Supervisor and follow up. Complete work orders form for daily activities record. Report all lost and found articles immediately to the Centre Management Responsible to Check staff grooming and hygiene. Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving. Review status of assignments and hand over any follow-up action with on-coming Asst supervisor. Informs to Supervisor about any damage, theft or loss to property. Record project any other place doing for that day. Ensure every single thing whatever done must have record for detail. Manage and train Housekeeping Attendants and other team members to ensure their performance meets the standards required. Provide feedback on staff performance and Report disciplinary problems Housekeeping Supervisor Perform any other duties assigned by the housekeeping Attendant.
Responsible for entire Corporate Market Divisions & Online Travel agencies of under Sales and Marketing Operations, planning and Implementing Sales &Marketing and product developments program short and long term targeted towards existing and new market by duties personally or through subordinates. Corporate accounts strategic plan for annual and implementation plan for daily, weekly and monthly to achieve the financial objectives under Sales and Marketing department Motivate and energize the Team Members get the maximum productivity in enthusiasm manner. Establish the Referral network in the market and enhanced the business opportunities to the hotels. Attentions to key Revenue generating channels on daily basis and get the effective decisions to stabilize the business. Updated the Reports in the departments and check the accuracy from hotel before submitted to the Head of Sales & Marketing & Management Create Effective Hotel Promotions Plan frequent discussion with the hotels Operational team. Updated the Data centers recorded customer Data base, special contract data base, Loyalty Members data base and other all the data base and contacted them regularly. - To entry data to accounting software from Daily Cash Register and Bank Register - To make sure the accuracy of amount received from customer and paid to suppliers. - To check the vouchers to be compliance with tax law and STRE’s instructions - To check documents whether they meet or not with financial power and authorities and relevant signatures of persons - To control the documents (Vouchers, Supporting Documents, QFs and Tax documents) and filing them and send to reporting manager - To check advanced withdraw and remind to relevant persons for un-claim amounts - To deposit cash to bank account or HQ cash section - To help reporting manager to follow up for outstanding account receivables and arrange payments for outstanding account payables - Perform Any Ad-hoc responsibility assigned by management and reporting manager - To help other operation teams if any.
