  • Observe staff individual performance/grooming/ punctuality, and performs staff appraisals/ disciplinary actions if required
  • Ensure that the staff are equipped with proper working
  • environment/tools/knowledge to enable them to be productive and efficient in their work
  • Ensure application of procedures and regulations to staff concerning with company' policy and procedure
  • Liaise with department on daily inventory taking/costs/damage
  • Approves general requisitions/transfer forms in sections appointed and be aware of costs involved
  • Practice economy paper supplies, electricity and water (practice recycling whenever possible)

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate or Sales and Marketing Diploma
  • 5 years of Luxury Watch, Retail Sales and Merchandising experience
  • Well-groomed and neat looking
  • Fluent in the English Language
  • Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
  • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environments
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, revising professional publications, establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Software(MYOB,POS,etc.)
  • Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
  • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Independent, confident and Self-motivated.
