- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and other events- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers- Conduct reference checks and background screenings- Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress

Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist - Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Must Have English Skills and Microsoft Office Suite
