This position will be responsible for supporting IT systems and related services for all the functional units of the company. To underwrite client cases based on medical and financial standpoints using findings on medical examination, and the risk assessment of cases referred to by New Business team from time to time. To communicate related stakeholders (including customers, hospitals, co-workers, supervisors and other stakeholders as required) via email, phone and other methods. To enquire and follow-up with panel hospitals on cases with medical underwriting in conducting the various medical examinations and tests33 and the interpretation of certain medical reports. To help resolve or clarify with specific empaneled hospital or clinic when there is unusual or high-risk result found in medical result. To consult the senior medical practitioners at panel hospitals if necessary. To liaise with other departments and/or divisions of Dai-ichi Life Insurance Myanmar Ltd. To provide information (including some statistics) on the local health care industry to relevant personnels, which are needed for product development. To help uphold DLMM’s firm commitment to professional excellence by applying medical science to ensure the adoption of best practices when performing underwriting on our customers, and to give fair risk assessment results. To attend Underwriting and Claims Committee meetings and any other meetings internally or externally which are held on timely basis at DLMM office premises or other places. To give presentation or training related to medical knowledge to other non-medical co-workers (e.g. sale persons, financial advisors, officers from other divisions/departments) To report the status and cases to Underwriting Manger according to weekly or monthly basis. To participate in DLMM’s other DSR (Dai-ichi Social Responsibility) activities in local or abroad. To undertake additional assignments, as may be requested by DLMM from time to time.
This position will be responsible for creating and managing compelling content that effectively communicates the brand's message across social media platforms as well as the website and engages the target audience. Additionally, they must have the ability to analyze data and metrics to track the success of campaigns. They must stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape and constantly adapt the company’s strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Creating engaging content for marketing materials including website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital initiatives. Stay up to date with digital marketing tools, Google Analytics, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement. Manage community management to ensure consistent messaging across the organization. Proficient in website updates and maintenance. Brand Communication Support: Assist in the development and implementation of brand communications to increase brand awareness and engagement. Contribute to the creation of content for social media, website, newsletters, and other communication channels for brand related initiatives. Support the coordination of brand events, promotions, and campaigns. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform brand communication efforts. Assist in maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers involved in brand events. Community Management: Standby for the DLMM Community Management, report to the direct supervisor within one hour for complaints, incidents, and potential risks, and send leads and complaints report to respective department, as required. CEO Profiling support: Source/create visual content such as videos, photos, and draft captions for CEO profiling to amplify on social media. CSR Support: Assist in planning and execution of CSR initiatives, including sustainability projects. Assist in maintaining relationships with CSR partners, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in CSR activities. Help collect data and prepare reports on the impact of CSR programs for internal and external stakeholders. Support employee engagement activities related to CSR, eco related events. This position will be responsible for the achievement of operational excellence customer service for all the processes in and associated with Operations. And to provide excellent customer services to all Dai-ichi Life customers. This position will be direct report to Head of Finance and Accounting. Provide overview and checking to ensure the completeness and accuracy of overall account payables and treasury functions, periodic fund management and ensure all income and expenditures follow the prescribed policies and guidelines. As a Senior Manager, she/he will actively take part as one of the leaders in Finance and Accounting team for overall finance and accounting relevant tasks, as well as supervising direct reporting staff. Account payable functions such as prepare, review, approval of payments checking with requirements prescribed authority delegation table, policies and guidelines. Treasury functions such as update on banking related matters, and overall relationship with banks. Checking weekly funds transfer in line with prescribed authority delegation table, policies and guidelines. Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly fund management and forecasting the income and expenditure and payments. Ensure all payments (local/overseas) are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations Prepare for head quarter reporting such as capital management report, reimbursement report, consolidated financial package, etc. Prepare fixed asset listing and ensure all the assets are properly controlled and monitoring asset allocation. Set up company chart of accounts and accounting system. Liaise and coordinate with each function to acquire information on targets and initiatives. Coordination between various functions, monitoring business actual results. Checking the payments for the withholding tax for weekly payments and quarterly and annual returns with tax office.
