Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making. Evaluate the financial performance of each business unit and provide actionable insights to senior management. Internal Audit: Design and implement internal audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Conduct regular audits of financial statements, processes, and controls across all business units. Identify risks and areas of non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Responsible for the conceptualization, development, testing and scaling of new recipes for the Drinking Water production and new R&D products. - To conduct continual testing, improvement and scaling of new and existing product item recipes. - To conduct sensory evaluation and approval of new products / recipes. - Ensure all product creation complies with customer, government and legal regulatory requirements within the country of use. - To prepare product costings based on raw materials and manufacturing costs. - Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing department to understand the customers’ needs and requirements and to also assist in troubleshooting customers’ issues (when necessary) - To develop innovative solutions to help grow and value-add to customers’ requirements, ensuring that any solutions provided are within the stipulated cost parameters and manufacturing capability - To assist the Production Head in all R&D product development matters. - Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Direct internal/external tool shops on all tool repairs and improvements - Manage and lead technical team including: Blowing Maintenance, Injection Maintenance. - Responsible for team member evaluations and mentorship/coaching, including accessing effectiveness of technical abilities and leadership potential. - Take the lead in engineering activities in the area of blow molding, injection molding, and secondary equipment, in order to obtain optimum productivity and quality levels while complying with customer specifications.
