Human Resources: Develop and oversee a recruitment process. Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, participate in interviewing candidates and ensure that documentation is collected and recorded/filed. Oversee all labour engagement for the company and manage the new hire orientation and exit process. Annually review the Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labour laws. Manage timesheets for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing. Monitor compensation - ensuring internal equity & compliance and benefits. Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions. Coordinate with Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll. Advise HR Manager on appropriate staffing levels and assist in budget preparation. Review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labour laws. Administration: Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the company. Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable. Evaluate the need for employee training and development and make recommendations. Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews. Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically. Investigate employee relations issues &work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair.

Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees. Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions. Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information. Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets. Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions. Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Communicate with related department (Finance, Production) to work out demand forecast to prevent out of stock and overstock.
Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates. Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries. Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services. Organizing warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments. Responding to any issues or complaints. Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers. Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations. Evaluating budgets and expenditures. Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements. Ensuring all operations adhere to laws and guidelines.
Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels. Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality. Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering. Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines. As Head Chef you will oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchens and be able to manage, lead, motivate and develop the team. Ensure that all the equipment in the kitchen is clean before and after cooking.
