Job Description:

  • Review all structural design documentations prepared and ensure that it is correct to a high degree of accuracy, suitable for construction and in accordance with all relevant standards.
  • Attending regular design coordination meetings with consultants, internal meeting with contractors at which all new drawings, shop drawings RFA/RFIs are coordinated & reviewed.
  • Assisting the project team in all design issues including CAD drafting as and when required and lead a team of Design Engineers.
  • Coordinate with foreign and local consultants for all design matters.
  • Coordinate with Contractors and in-house design team to solve the routine site problems.
  • Carry out design for parament works/temporary works and drafting work according to MNBC for submission to CQHP/YCDC.
  • Possess expert knowledge on structural software such as ETABS and SAFE for checking consultant’s works.
  • Prefer to have professional engineer (Structure) Licenses recognized by local building authority.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and Minimum 12 years of working experiences with High- Rise Building Project.
  • Proficiency in design software, ETABS, SAFE and CAD and Microsoft Project, Word, Excels
  • English Proficiency (Intermediate Level) both verbal and written
