• Claim Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of motor insurance claims, analyzing damage to vehicles and related components.
  • Utilize engineering knowledge to determine the cause and extent of damages.
• Documentation:
  • Document detailed reports outlining the findings of claim assessments, including photographs, diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Provide clear and concise information for insurance claim processing.
• Communication:
  • Communicate with claimants and internal teams to gather information and clarify technical details.
  • Explain assessment findings in a comprehensible manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Apply engineering principles to assess the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of repair or replacement of damaged motor components.
  • Collaborate with repair shops and experts to validate repair estimates.
• Compliance and Regulations:
  • Ensure adherence to insurance industry standards, regulations, and policies in the assessment and processing of claims.
  • Stay informed about company changes and updates.
  • Follow the strict internal compliances without fail. 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Understanding of motor systems, automotive components, and engineering principles.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in documentation.
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
