Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and potential areas for improvement.
Develop sales forecasts and budget plans based on data analysis and market trends.
Create and provide progress report to the sales teams for each sales program to communicate with their partners to achieve the target.
Updating regular Dashboards and creating many detailed micro level analysis for business growth.
Create excellent Go TO Market Strategies for Short Term and Long Term Business continutity.
Implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
Develop sales incentive programs and promotions to drive sales performance.
Identify and address potential gaps or inefficiencies in the sales process and propose solutions to enhance business operations.
Be an excellent team player and shall be in condition to have cross functional alignment across the departments and channel partners.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Businessis or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in sales planning, data analysis, or a related field.
Previous Experience is Mobile phone distribution, telecom industry or FMCG industry is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Advanced Excel, database SQL).
Effective communication and presentation skills.
