Ooredoo, the mobile telecom operator bringing crystal clear voice calls and fast internet to Myanmar, announced the availability of its life-enriching services in August 2014. Purpose : The IP Transport Senior Engineer provides technical expertise in the planning, design and optimization of Ooredoo Myanmar’s (OML) transport network infrastructure connected via IP multi-protocol label switching (IP MPLS) technology. This position is responsible for preparing High Level Design and Low Level Design for this network and ensuring design plans are accurately executed by vendors. This position is also responsible for optimization and service assurance of existing networks on top of the new services and new designs. Responsibilities: Transport Network Design and Planning Prepare high level design (HLD) for IP MPLS network and low level design (LLD) including command level configuration. Participate in Proof of Concept (PoC) testing to connect different Telecom Opcos/ ISP as OML IPMPLS nodes. Prepare inter-operability test between IPMPLS with all interconnected devices. Prepare MOP to operation to execute required configuration and solution for live network. Prepare IPMPLS guidelines covering HLD to LLD for IPMPLS network including all connect NEs. Collaborate with internal technology teams including fiber DWDM, MW, core, and IT for required design input. Analysis for sites shutdown, relocation, sites prioritization for OPEX saving. Perform solution and testing of IP/IPRAN & transport nodes. Performing feasibility check of connectivity and capacity in MW network for traffic demand analysis of both fixed and mobile. Introduce & initiate the new solutions/ product to be up to date with Latest Technology. Manage and control progress of assigned project according to project plan. Take Actions in case of any changes/modification required. Support the checking capacity feasibility with the business team mainly for Enterprise customers. Purpose : The purpose of the Trainer role is to help Ooredoo Myanmar (OML) employees develop their skills and knowledge by designing and conducting informative and engaging training programs to meet organizational needs. The Trainer is also responsible for designing the training and development plan, working with departments across the organization to identify skill requirements and evaluating the outcome of training programs. Responsibilities: Plan and design training programs Manage the annual training and development plan and calendar. Develop training materials including manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials. Collaborate with respective departments to identify training needs and develop relevant training program. Purpose : The Treasury Senior Specialist is responsible daily cash management activities and ensuring collections are properly reflected in various financial systems. This includes collection reconciliation, resolving collection issues, reporting and assisting the Treasury Manager with a range of tasks and projects. ROLE ACCOUNTABABILITIES Collection reconciliation and monitoring Conduct daily reconciliation of collections between bank MIS, CRM software, billing system and SAP Verify that collections data from CRM is updated in billing systems & SAP on a daily basis and monitor the interface to ensure no gap in collection between various sources Reconcile collections data between CRM, Bank Deposits and SAP, ensuring all collections are accounted for and correctly recorded in treasury systems and interfaces Ensure that accounting of collections is recorded in appropriate General Ledger (Debtors/Advances/Security deposits) Payment and collection issues Liaise with Product owners to clear unidentified collections and monitor unclear balances Handle refund processing and coordinate with checks disbursal points Track open and unresolved deposit requests by customers – both internal and external liaisons Follow up on open and unresolved deposit requests by customers Identify and resolve account discrepancies Reporting and Analysis Provide inputs to accounting and treasury teams for reconciliation of debtors and cash flow forecast Ensure in-store petty cash amounts are within fixed limits Report outstanding balances from stores/franchises to top management Participate in internal and statutory audits and resolution of audit observations Implementation of new billing system Support user acceptance testing and system integrators for new billing system implementation
