Job Description

  • Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to track organizational performance.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on performance analysis.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of performance information to relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather performance data and insights for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans, goals, and objectives.
  • Align performance metrics with strategic priorities and initiatives.
  • Monitor progress towards strategic objectives and provide feedback to management.
  • Work closely with business units for reviewing business performance and assessing the key revenue and cost drivers to ensure key KPIs are achievable and financial objectives are deliverable.
  • Analyze various cost components to identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and recommend strategies to management to achieve financial goals and targets.
  • Support business and financial performance reviews with senior management by providing insightful information.
  • Provide decision support through scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and business case development.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in performance management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Leverage technology and automation tools to enhance performance management processes.
  • Assist in evaluating capital expenditure proposals and assessing their financial feasibility.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor performance, and market dynamics.
  • Provide analytical support for business cases, investment evaluations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Ability to analyse big data, provide insightful information and recommendations to management for informed decision making
  • Knowledge of performance management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience developing and implementing performance measurement frameworks and KPIs
  • Advanced PowerPoint & excel skills and ability to create visually impactful slides for senior management and board presentations
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Database SQL, PowerBi, etc.  
  • Exceptional analytical, planning and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under stringent deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across the organization to provide timely inputs to management
  • Ability to execute, improve process for efficiency within the team
  • Able to coordinate with cross-functional team to develop business process requirements
  • Confidence and ability to propose and defend opinions and perspectives in order to influence and achieve financial objectives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in performance reporting and analysis.
  • Must be flexible, a team player and willing to travel if require
  • Ability to act as a coach/leader to develop the employees further
  • Able to develop a culture of knowledge sharing, learning, sharing ideas and feedback to contribute to the development of the team
