Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Provide comprehensive technical support to Store POS hardware and software, encompassing POS printers and kitchen printers.
  2. Monitor and sustain the stability and performance of store networks to ensure seamless connectivity for POS systems and associated devices.
  3. Deliver technical assistance to both store and office personnel for PC-related issues, offering support remotely and on-site as required.
  4. Install and configure operating systems and software applications, ensuring compatibility and optimal functionality.
  5. Manage and maintain the stability and security of the office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, and CCTV.
  6. Keeping abreast of the latest developments in hardware, software, protocols, and diagnostic techniques.
  7. Implement robust network security measures to mitigate cyber threats and prevent unauthorized access.
  8. Assist in budgeting processes and maintain effective communication with third-party vendors.
  9. Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
  10. Conduct training sessions for store and office staff on IT best practices, emphasizing the proper utilization of POS systems and network resources.
  11. Participate in IT-related projects according to assigned roles and responsibilities.

Job Requirements

 1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

 2.English (Upper Intermediate)

 3.At least 2 years of professional related experience

 4.A+ certification or equivalent experience in PC hardware and software troubleshooting.

 5.Strong knowledge and experience in networking, including CCNA certification or equivalent.

 6.Proven experience in supporting POS systems, printers, and network infrastructure in a retail or F&B environment.

 7. Familiarity with MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) is a plus.

 8. Good Attitude, Strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 9. Maintains a positive ‘can-do’ approach.

 10. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

 11.Eager to learn new systems and technologies.
