Position Objective: Align marketing with the corporate business strategy by developing deep market foresights and customer insights, as well as delivering compelling propositions and communications to influence positive brand consideration and preference. He / she oversees the planning, development and execution of the branding, digital marketing, corporate communications, product development, customer’s engagement and re-marketing. In addition, the incumbent also influences the strategic direction of the business through forward looking financial and actuarial insights while supports the business to achieve its strategic and financial objectives, a optimize the profitability and value of both new and in-force business through reinsurance, product design, distribution and other strategies. Roles and Responsibilities: Build the image of AIA to be a trusted global company with an innovative vision and raise the brand awareness. Develop a branding strategy tailored for the geographical and economic differences between the regions Develop and implement products portfolio strategies and innovation plans to drive business growth and increase new customer acquisitions including maintaining the overall health and sustainability of the total products portfolio. Develop strategies and plans to drive new customer acquisition and growth, deepen existing customer engagement and retention, as well as building in-force customer sales initiatives. Drive the corporate digital strategy and plans to build a leading edge adoption and practices of innovative applicable digital technologies and applications; including online and social media marketing activation. Develop, lead, nurture and control the planning and execution of the Healthier, Longer, Better Lives brand plans; ensuring consistency as well as systematic and effective integration across all activities and customer touch points to deliver a superior customer experience including overseeing all media, public relations, corporate communications and interactive program initiatives to enhance the corporate image. Roles and Responsibilities: The incumbent is responsible to work closely with the end users and salesforce across all functional divisions/department and channel to ensure the objective and the role and responsibilities are carried out effectively and efficiency throughout the employment Set up strategies and overall policies related to new business processing, Claims ,underwriting , standard and guideline to ensure the workforce is diversify enough to support the ever increasing volume by at least meeting the agreed KPIs set for the department all time. Setup Panel Doctors to support the business all around Myanmar. Work closely with Panel doctor, Distribution department on quality of submission and areas to be improved based on respective team Set up underwriting and Claims standard by working closely with Re insurer and Group UW Setup and facility the Claim Committee Spreadhead both the NB Claims and UW functions and develop medical underwriters and claim assessor. Lead and manage though subordinate team leads/member to support the business goals. Position Objective: -Overall responsible for developing and maintaining the AIA Infrastructure and Cloud infrastructure. - Collaborating with different application teams, engineers, and project managers to provide the best support and suggest appropriate systems based on the projects and applications. Roles and Responsibilities: - Provide support for AIA cloud-based infrastructure and on-prem infrastructure, including Azure Platform - Collaborates with other team members and across teams in developing for integration across AIA MM. - Install and develop infrastructure solutions, ensure alignment with the architectural vision, and monitor maintenance of hybrid cloud infrastructure - Plan and support the ongoing maintenance of hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring minimized downtime and all the housekeeping jobs are executed effectively on a daily, weekly and yearly basis. - Liaise with other support teams and third parties to ensure that incidents, problems and service request are escalated and resolved within service level agreements. - Maintain deployed application and conduct proactive preventive issue resolution on hybrid cloud - Collaborating with Application Teams, Operation Team and Development teams, Project Teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions. - Developing and maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices. - Take ownership of and accountability for technical issues while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolutions. - Provide quick response and utilize problem solving skills to resolve escalated - To keep track of IT inventory and to ensure information/records are always up to date. - Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues. - Assist in project delivery from a perspective of architecture, designing, and delivering capabilities to the existing environment from infrastructure through to systems and application.

Position Objective: We are looking for an experienced Brand & Propositions Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing activities and initiatives that increase brand value, awareness, loyalty and brand share. As a Brand Manager you will work closely with different marketing verticals to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and increase brand awareness, loyalty, sales and share of business. You will also be tasked with developing budgets, forecasting and assessing KPIs and ROI. To be successful as a Brand Manager, you should have a good understanding of consumer behaviour, be up-to-date on market trends in the life and health insurance industry, and continuously monitor competitor activity. You will also be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, developing go-to-market strategies and reporting on brand performance. Roles and Responsibilities: Is the brand champion and expert while ensuring brand integrity in all respects. Plans, implements, and executes successful consumer and customer marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning, promotion, advertising). Leads annual brand planning process. Sets brand planning calendar, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables. Leads the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, campaigns, and other marketing vehicles. Utilizes category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in marketing development as well as marketing initiatives. Responsible as account managers to liaise with assigned agency leaders to ensure Agencies' Sales, Recruitments and Claims processes are in line with AIA Myanmar's policies. Ensure that assigned Agencies' plan their monthly sales initiatives, contest (according to monthly campaign and other sales contest) and assist with Sales support where necessary. Monitor new agent recruitment pipeline of each agency and help ensure quality of recruitment process, and conduct company level recruitment events. Assist with Financial Service Managers for the development of agent prospecting practice and calling routines, socialize with agent on planning and reviewing their activities and goals. Assist with evaluation of the agents' capabilities and enrollment of upskilling training with training department. Position Objective: The key objective is to effectively and strategically drive the sales force of the team, coaching and mentoring the team, and building and maintaining the great relationship with partner branches to fully support the bancassurance business successful.
