Support DGM about weekly report, Budget Plan,solving Power related Technical issues, solving other sites issues. Formulation of department goals and progress management Coordination with stakeholders , Process development and issue management Facilitating and managing to the BOD projects and some important projects. Manage Vendors and constructors at a heigh level and a field level in planning, designing,implementing. Manage the related process for all projects (Import Licence, Apply Permission, Report, etc) Overall management (Inventory materials, Human resource, Budget, PO closure, Equipment Handover, team engagement and problem solving) Managing Government/Urgent request project and sites Annual budget and BOD budget management Commercial negotiation with vendors Manage to proceed payments process in time. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Provides information for management by preparing special reports and analyses of the call database Good communication and dealing with related departments (Internal Related Teams)
Assist Team for Audit Process including initial preparation of Audit documents and take notes in the interview with Auditee and overall checking (Pre Audit Notice to Improvement Report), transportation, and meeting room arrangement within Yangon area Provide Business trip arrangement (incl. accommodation requirements) for site visit to S&R offices up to payment procedure with respective Vendor Assist Team Manager and support for Team activities by proactive work for Audit Activity To practice Internal Audit based on the manuals & procedures and to attend departmental trainings without fail to have proficient audit skill To contribute effective suggestion & support for in-house training improvement by evidence based practice To assist Head and Dy Head in preparation of documents by using Myanmar fonts for Government reporting.

Manage data research and analytics for business development and improvement. Manage data science for target/offer optimization. Manage BI Strategy and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions. Manage cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities. Manage for handling and extracting the data of the data request from BI system. Manage for analysing and presenting the data of the related report or new things based on BI system which can be support to decision making and mornitoing the trend. Manage running SQL, AWS and analyze the results of ML initiatives to get better analytic reports to increase revenue/users Manage and motivate the team for campaign management and monitoring to get the best benefits. Manage the consultant to proceed skill transfer from consultant to team members for future improvement. Manage the reporting automation with microsoft power automate and regularly maintenance of the automation scenrios and developing new reports automation.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that reduce the overall credit risk exposures for MPT. Help to prepare various credit reports for presentation to Senior Management Ensure that all internal Credit Policies and Guidelines are adhered to Perform proactive monitoring of MPT's credit exposures at the customer level Review credit assessments and grading performed by junior members of the Credit Risk Management team to ensure sound credit judgement and decision making Conduct training and awareness on Credit Risk Management to ensure MPT-JO members are educated on Credit Risk Management Policies and Guidelines To conduct Vendor and Partner Due Diligence to ensure that only vendors/partners with strong financial credibility and track records. To conduct periodic Vendor Evaluation and update of vital Vendor/Partner information.

Create English and Myanmar SMS content for Customer Retention team's pilot campaign and other requested team's campaign. Create short URL link shared by other teams To create Message template, English and Myanmar in MCCM system based on offer and check Sender ID with Reply Code. To support team leader to excute CVM and BTL campaign by using MCCM system to generate revenue, create Offers and Campaigns To analyze Campaign, retain the customer and prevent the churn. Daily Monitoring and tracking the performance each channel (SMS, USSD, MPT4U,UCC) of CVM, BTL campaign. To monitor SMS delivered rate and given point bonus count. Reporting MPT Club/VAS Campaign SMS delivered rate and analysis To resolve customer complaint promptly. To monitor the competitor offer.
