We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of LCCI Level 3 certification and over 10 years of professional accounting experience. A strong background in government tax compliance is essential for this role. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws, particularly in relation to government taxes. Coordinate and complete annual audits. Provide recommendations to improve the financial performance and processes of the company. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Handle tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes. Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
