Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT/OT Executive to support technology infrastructure for our power plant. The IT/OT Executive will be responsible for ensuring that the technology systems and applications used in the power plant are efficient, secure, and meet the needs of the business. This position will also oversee the development and implementation of technology-related policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Provide end user computing support on Windows Operating Systems, mobile / tablet devices (IOS and Android), desktop/notebook, Microsoft Office 365 suites applications and enterprises IT applications. Provide IT administration & service desk support for internal users. Response to user requests & incidents / problems via IT Service Management system, Incident Management system, phone, email & log them into service desk application according to established procedures. Support teleconference, audio/visual infrastructure and services. Coordinate and conduct regular attestation reviews as per policies and procedures. Perform and participate in other projects and duties when required. Support the IT/OT team responsible for the technology infrastructure of the power plant. Ensure that the technology systems and applications used are efficient, secure, and meet the needs of the business. Oversee the development and implementation of technology-related policies and procedures. Provide guidance and direction to IT/OT technology projects, including hardware and software upgrades, system migrations, and system integrations. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for technology systems and applications. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for technology systems and applications. Assisting with computer network security by scanning for vulnerabilities and viruses. Checking and follow-up the group digital's cybersecurity standard. Monthly stock check for printer toner, monitor, PC and IT related accessories, and IT inventory management
Responsibilities: • To be responsible for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of plant mechanical equipment (Static, piping, valves and rotating equipment) in accordance to equipment specification, safety and quality requirement • Execute maintenance activities in accordance to Company Health, Safety, Environment guidelines and Permit-To-Work requirement. • Ensure smooth and timely execution of all the shutdown/schedule maintenance activities. • Maintain and record maintenance activities. • Awareness of HSE in Process Plant. • Conduct daily and routine maintenance task • To Prepare spare part list and consumable list for plant equipment (Static, piping, valves and rotating equipment) • Troubleshoot and improve mechanical systems and equipment • Prepare maintenance procedures and Risk Assessments • Receiving spare part, coding, SAP notification review and preparing the PTW in SAP system
Making regular site inspections Planning safe working practices and making necessary changes Keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly/safely Writing reports, bulletins and newsletters Undertaking risk assessments Identifying potential hazards Determining ways of reducing risks Liaising with relevant authorities Organizing/attending health and safety meetings Safely handling hazardous substances Compiling statistics Making recommendations following accidents/incidents Keeping up to date with developments within the profession Making presentations to groups of employees/managers. Providing health and safety training courses for employees and managers Investigating/recording incidents, accidents, complaints and cases of ill health Writing internal health and safety policies/strategies Drawing-up safe operational procedures Coordinate with Security department, monitor the Security management system and conduct the awareness of plant requirements.
