VDB Loi is looking for a JUNIOR Tax Consultant to join a dynamic and successful team within the Tax division of VDB Loi in Yangon, Myanmar. The position is based in the Yangon. Responsibilities include: Assist in the preparation and submission of the monthly and annual tax returns of to the Tax Department Communicate with Tax officials Assist to tax research on behalf of the Firm and clients of the Firm Apply tax laws and regulations keeping up to date with any new developments Participate in the Firm knowledge, professional and administrative development Translate documents from Burmese to English and vice versa
Prepare and maintain corporate documents, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, and annual reports for clients Assist the senior in preparation of MyCo filing Prepare the documents for licensing application for the clients Liaise with government officers Other day- to day jobs assigned by the senior
