• Acquire new accounts with outlet expansion team and establish routes implement and update the route and journey cycle plan cost effectively to achieve 100% coverage of all outlets. • In order to monitor implementation of the Company’s policies and standards time in motion to Sales and Merchandising. • Establish routes; plan the proper daily and weekly sequence of stops for route so that travel time, mileage and vehiclerunning costs are minimized; ensure that the customers are provided with a regular and efficient service. • Monitor the competition’s route plan and plan ahead of them and synchronize with master data system. • Monitoring frequency of calls per outlet of daily route and rearrange when necessary to improve the routes. • Respective routes have to completion • 100% call completion & minimum 65% strike rate • Keep on Product available, outlet activation & cooler purity in coverage outlets • Handle customer complaints in a professional matter.
Collaborate with logistic, commercial and sales team to design the distribution network for the whole country to optimize both efficiency (Cost to Serve) and effectiveness (Numeric Distribution). Review statistical and financial models to improve the opportunities for cost saving and forecast BP to aid the financial decisions. Analyze the best distribution model for each customer, including direct store delivery, cross. docking, barge/train/others transportation, etc Provide the business case analysis to find better transportation mode, including cross-docking, train transportation, barge transportation, etc., and to find overflow warehouse and distribution center to fulfil the business demand Provide 3PL logistic data and facts to select best 3PL for each customer and set up KPI scheme for all 3PLs Support to design the internal and external transportation for the whole country including DC set up, overflow warehouse set up, stock transfer operation, 3PL/4PL operation.

Maintain and repair the production equipment as per the preventive maintenance schedule in order to ensure high levels of efficiency and reduced downtimes. Advise Supervisor about all the spare parts to be purchased in order to accomplish the jobs along with the proper justification, propose changes of spare parts and recommend the change of equipment when reoccurring malfunction of equipment starts to become a constant problem. Provide support and help with all other trades when required. Ensure the personal safety of the jobholder by the correct use of tools/equipment and wearing the safety accessories/equipment as supplied by the company. Ensure that all products are manufactured as per the planning schedule to meet market demand and in accordance with the company policies, procedures and specifications. Ensure all the WTMM set up as per production managers to meet as per Targeted KPI and timeline. Lead and manage the team in carrying out their duties in the set time frame in order to guarantee the smooth running of the complete operation - plan the workforce schedules, supervise the team of Machine Operators and ensure the proper utilization of manpower during the shift. Ensure the proper usage of equipment and materials in a continuous effort to keep wastage to a minimum - record all required data. Set up action plan and take responsibility for continuous improvement as per KAIZEN strategic. (Reduce 8 waste in production area). Ensure compliance with the health and safety requirements, the application of the company quality standards and the maintenance of high levels of housekeeping at all times. Ensure that all the company policies such as Personal Hygiene, GMP, Quality and Food Safety, Safety and Housekeeping and maintenance (5S) modules are in place and all the operator following as per Company guidelines. Make sure daily task force for effective implementation of all company policies within the manufacturing area. Ensure effective operation of production equipment / line and ensure compliance to cleaning, lubrication, inspection, tightening along with basic equipment care schedules and responsibility to make sure all the operator following CLTI inspection effectively as per timely basis. Provide feedback to production manager/ maintenance manager and SME team on equipment abnormalities observed and participate in root cause analysis and action implementation together with maintenance team as necessary. Attend to breakdowns along with production & maintenance team and coordinate for quicker resolution. Work with SAP system to ensure appropriate coding of production jobs and entries in time. Make sure all the production document / daily reporting / checklist are effectively check by operator and also make sure to comply as per Document Control procedure. Check and inspect all the shift reporting system to be finished timely basis and all the report send to production manager on time. Comply with data and management reporting as per process and schedules defined and updated time to time. Leading and Involve in ZBW project / Cost Saving project / WUR, EUR optimizing project / Yield optimizing project as per business strategy and involve in manufacturing EDGE implementation framework. Involve in WCM and Plant 100 implementation as well for people capability improvement as well. To train all the operator to be Multi skilling for plant 100 journey. Daily / Weekly / Monthly performance review for the team and set up effective action plan for team capability improvement.
