Process and manage all aspects of employee payroll including deductions, taxes, and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Ensure compliance with wages and benefits regulations, including tax laws and government reporting requirements. Checking and calculating monthly income tax and yearly fixed bonus calculation and expatriate payroll calculation. Preparing monthly payroll reconciliation report for monthly payroll analysis. Maintain monthly accrual report such as AVB, retention bonus and holidays accrual reports. Manage to collect employee’ family information update for tax relief yearly. Build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to manage incoming queries and stakeholders and clients’ expectations (e.g., related to salaries, benefits, etc.) Review and propose improvements or enhancements to payroll processing, benchmarking industry best practices, prepare payroll update requirement (e.g., payroll system upgrades, process improvement, standardization to global requirements, tax policy change by government, etc.) Administer employee benefits program, such as health insurance, wellness activities, employee support activities, and employee premium. Preparing and assisting insurance proposal report for new insurance vendor. Maintain strong relationship with government offices such as labor, SSB, and tax and third-party service providers such as, payroll vendor, insurance company, and bank. Manage and prepare payroll audit report and tax audit report on time and answering question from Auditor if needed. Manage and supervise the team for SSB/ Labor inspection and employee’s helpline service. Manage foreign employee service (work permit, health check, visa, etc.) Supervise and coach payroll team members to achieve team’s goals. Support and assist Senior Manager, PS for any requirements.
Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources Ensure the checking of the operation conformity to below quality requirements: Good Storage Practice (GSP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guideline, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) 7s (Sorting, Straightening, Shining, Standardize, Sustaining, Safety and Security) guideline other requirements committed by local or regional management (eg., Regional Best Practices, Guidelines, Protocols and SOPs) Prepare and assist in designing quality assurance systems, including the development of quality checklists, supporting tools and techniques for Product Inbound, Outbound and Return checks Maintain all controlled document files and quality records in a timely and accurate manner Assist in providing training to employees on quality awareness and management Provide technical assistance to production/operations on quality and process improvements, and troubleshooting when necessary
Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant papers. Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors’ products. Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Research and Regulatory to address any issues that may arise. Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed promotional material is being used optimally. Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions. Either conduct this research with in-house staff or manage an outside agency ie initial identification of suitable partner, definition of responsibilities, communication plan, divisions of responsibility, milestones, contract with company, review transcripts and reports, and recommend action plans from the research. Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan. Responsible for preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at central and interstate warehouses including liaison with production (locally and globally) to ensure supply timelines. Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences.

Manages the day-to-day operations of Cummins DKSH Myanmar Mandalay Branch, Mandalay, Mandalay Division, Myanmar; responsible for all functions such as Cummins Generators, Spare Parts, Engine, Service sales and sales lead. Manage Administrative, Management and Finance of Branch. Develops the Annual Operating Plan with input from Regional Business Develop and manages the business to the Annual Operating Plan; monitors all appropriate business metrics including sales order board, sales pipelines, hoppers, profit and loss metrics, and asset metrics. Ensures business growth by managing annual marketing and sales plans; develops and maintains business relationships with customers and develops new business partners and alliances for the business segment. Develops a deep understanding of Cummins' business in the Upper Myanmar region and across all business units in Myanmar. Manages customer satisfaction for the Branch by encouraging a culture of customer service; develops and motivates the branch employees. Manages customer service through Branch operations. Manages compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and compliance; oversees health, safety, and environmental audits. Encourages a culture of corporate responsibility for the benefit of employees and the communities in which Cummins operates.
