Duties & Obligations • Implement the OH site work plans and GHW driven programs • Ensure OH surveillance is carried out and implement interventions • Promotes, supervises, and performs prompt, effective medical assistance to employees in acute and chronic situations. • Ensure site meets Unilever standards on GHW • Administer first aid and basic interventions • Ensure site meets all Government legislation on OH. • Ensure provision of primary health care on site. • Implement company’s wellbeing and disease prevention programs such as exercise, smoking cessation, nutrition programs, health improvement program, Healthier-U, etc., • Documenting all employee injuries and tracking illnesses within the workplace and Cority • Observing and assessing the work environment for potential dangers and hazards. • Treating injuries and minor illnesses for employees, including follow-ups and referrals. • Ensuring Medical Emergency Response Plan (MERP) is kept updated. • Counselling employees on physical and mental health issues and guiding them toward available resources and employee assistance program (EAP). • Monitoring the health status of employees, ensure health promotion program and deliver training onsite e.g basic first aid training, life support training whenever necessary • Schedule, conduct and record checks on employees with chronic condition and high-risk employee. • Maintenance of accurate and up to date medical records and or reports to track employee health / illness and provide the company with the required data, keeping in mind the employee’s right to confidentiality. • Comply the policies and procedures of the Company Medical and Occupational Health Department fully implemented on site and abide by UNILEVER’s COBP
Job Description Local FG Produce Net Requirement to make production plan, manage production with factory to ensure FG stock availability as per demand forecast & take proper actions to meet demand changes. Manage stock transition for old SKUs to new SKUs of all Category activities. Responsible with MKT/Sales team on stock supply & lead action plan to minimize OOS in the market. Ensure the Category achieve the customer service target by managing the Stock Availability. Loss within the target, identify root causes of Stock Availability - Loss & lead actions to improve. Update Production Plan to Finance for Production cost estimation process. Set up FG stock policy for each category (through safety stock modeling) & control it at an optimum level as stock policy and/or business requirement. Responsible on inventory forecasting to cross functions (CDC, Finance, Regional SC). Own master data of FGs code. MRP Planning Make Material Requirement Planning according to production plan to ensure on time & in full delivery (right item, right quantity and right time). Communicate to Buying & Supplier the 3-month rolling forecast for feed stock preparation. Control & optimize stock level of PMs as stock policy, understand and manage all elements of inventory e.g. cycle stock, safety stock, MOQ, lead time, shelf-life, etc. Highlights up-side and down-side stock risks e.g. out of stocks, slow-moving & obsolete stock to Business. Control Slow Moving & Obsolete Stock (PM, RM, SFG) within budget, reduce business waste and delivering cost savings target through inventory reduction, write-off reduction & simplification control & make quarterly Slow Moving and Obselete Stock Report. Transition management of RPM stock overview for Innovations to make sure Innovation on time with minimum PKG write-off. Own master data & BOM accuracy for RPMs. Follow up shipments in time with Suppliers and Import Operation team
Job Summary Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a laboratory. Implementing laboratory policies and procedures, maintaining laboratory safety, coordinating the laboratory staff, and coordinating the use of laboratory equipment. To ensure that all incoming raw materials, intermediate products and outgoing packed products meet Unilever Measurement Standards. Flexible working hour/ day when there is necessary by business. Key Responsibilities Test and report all the samples in timely basis Participates in operational HACCP Validation & verification Attends peer reviews. Flexible for day and night shift and overtime as business needs Laboratory : Manages day-to-day operation as per GLP Ability to work independently from media preparation to micro testing waste handling. Tracking of laboratory consumables. Cleaning and disinfection of micro lab environment and equipment according to standard procedures. Sampling : Strictly follow sampling plans for RM intake testing as per Unilever Global requirements. Strictly follow sampling plans for intermediate products, finished goods environmental swabs and air plates. This includes pathogen testing that is to be outsources where applicable. Conduct the actual sampling in accordance with the plans when required. Incidents (micro related): Co-ordination of investigation (RCA) & contribution to lessons learnt document. Methods : Documents (according to QMS requirements) and Implements existing / recommended methods applicable to the laboratory.
