Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Providing support to the accounting department
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filling, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Providing and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices
  • Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
  • Handing communications with clients and vendors via phone, email and in-person.
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers , budgets , etc
  • Assisting with audits
  • Assisting with reviewing of expenses , payroll records etc as assigned
  • Updating financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Preparing and sumit weekly/monthly reports
  • Assisting senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
  • Assisting with other accounting projects

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate with  LCCI Level III (UK) Diploma .
  • 3yrs experience in accounting/Finance fields
  • Good personality & communication skills
  • Business English is required.
  • Ability to be a team player and work under pressure situations with high sense of confidentiality
