Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and control the day-to-day financial operations such as payroll, invoicing, expenses, debt collection, purchase control and payment, and other transactions .
  • Manage the Annual Tax clearance .
  • Prepare financial reports on time related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
  • Prepare the monthly, quarterly financial statement and costing functions such as budget planning and identity cost-reductions on time and report to Department Head.
  •  Financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports .
  •  Liaise with auditors (Internal/ External) to ensure appropriate monitoring of processes and company finances is maintained and in case coordinate with other departments to operate finance functions ,
  • Support Management team relating to corporate finance, investment analysis and strategy.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Department Head.
  • Collaborate to develop a strong local finance team and ensure they are aligned with the company’s objectives and are able to deliver according to performance expectations.

Job Requirements

  • CPA/ M. Com/ B. Com and/or any other degree or equivalent qualification as an Assistant Finance Manager.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications and computerized accounting software .
  • Sufficient related financial experience .
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well . 
  • Have strong Interpersonal , Problem Solving and Communication skills .
  • Must have a strong knowledge and sense of Accounting .
  • Able to work effectively in an organization, can balance needs of multiple stakeholders.
