Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors in the assigned area.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed targets.
Create and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and increase market share.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor Degree with Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
At least (5) years strong experience in related field with 2 years management experience.
Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, presentation and management skills.
Ability to manage and motivate stakeholders in achieving set KPIs.
Must be able to travel and must have driving license.
