Purpose / Mission

To execute Mechanical Maintenance for the Thilawa plant maximizing the plant Uptime.
To assist with the coaching and training of an outstanding local team.
Ensures equipment, materials and tools are on-hand for work execution.
To help build a culture of excellence in Safety, Efficiency, Reliability and Teamwork.
Conducts work using a precision-based approach documenting new tasks using pictures and written instruction in English and Myanmar Language

Job Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs
Prefer working experience in heavy industry
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Hands on role utilizing skills such as fitting, machining, welding and hydraulics
Strong ability to multi- task and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proactive, well organized and continuously striving for an exciting efficient approach.
Proficiency in English four skills
