The Activation role will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing activation campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy              : Plan activation campaigns that align with business goals and market trends.
  • Execution           : Coordinate campaign logistics and manage resources for seamless implementation.
  • Partnerships      : Build relationships with external stakeholders for sponsorships, events, and collaborations.
  • Creativity            : Develop engaging content and experiences that reflect the brand’s identity.
  • Analysis              : Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Budget                : Manage activation budgets efficiently and on time.
  • Compliance       : Ensure compliance of company SOP.
  • Collaboration    : Work closely with internal teams to align activation efforts with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications or coursework in project management, event planning, or digital marketing are a plus.
  • Continual learning and staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies are essential for professional development.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing activation campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, negotiating partnerships, and managing sponsorships or events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, manage resources effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the relevant industry or market segment
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools for campaign management, data analysis, and content creation.
  • Participation in industry events, workshops, and training programs to enhance skills and stay abreast.
  • Ability to develop and execute activation strategies that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, manage resources effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas, negotiate partnerships, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify insights, and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
  • Understanding of budget management principles to allocate resources efficiently, track expenses, and maximize ROI.
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure compliance with legal requirements, brand guidelines, and quality standards for all activation activities.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and senior management, to achieve common goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and overcome obstacles encountered during campaign execution.
