Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Deputy CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage the Deputy CEO’s calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Deputy CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and partners.
  • The Deputy CEO's secretary is responsible for offering personalized assistance, overseeing both professional and personal commitments, and ensuring optimization for maximum efficiency.
  • Offer high-level administrative support to the Deputy CEO, handling confidential information, managing projects, and liaising with other executives and departments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact courteously and professionally with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments, as well as the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar role, supporting senior executives in corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
