The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and creating a wide range of visual assets, including posters, flyers, digital presentations, and other marketing collateral. Working closely with the marketing team, teachers, and administrative staff, the Graphic Designer will translate concepts and ideas into compelling designs that resonate with our diverse student body and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Conceptualization and Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Conceptualize and develop creative designs that effectively communicate key messages and ideas.
Translate concepts into visually appealing layouts, incorporating typography, imagery, and color schemes.
Marketing and Promotional Materials:
Design marketing materials such as posters, banners, brochures, and flyers to promote school events, programs, and initiatives.
Create digital assets for social media campaigns, email newsletters, and website content.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
Educational Resources and Materials:
Develop visually engaging educational materials, including worksheets, infographics, and presentation slides.
Illustrate concepts and ideas using graphic elements and visual aids to enhance learning outcomes.
Adapt existing educational content into visually appealing formats suitable for print and digital distribution.
Digital Media and Multimedia Design:
Create multimedia presentations, animations, and interactive content to support classroom instruction and educational projects.
Design digital signage, video graphics, and other multimedia assets for display throughout the school premises.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in graphic design and multimedia production.
Collaboration and Feedback:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including teachers, administrators, and marketing professionals, to refine design concepts and deliverables.
Solicit feedback and incorporate revisions based on input from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy principles.
Experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
