- Collect and analyze HR Data from various sources, performance management systems, and employee surveys.
- Identify trends and patterns in HR data to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR data governance policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best pratices in HR analytics and data visualication.

Job Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree holder- Must have Diploma (or) Certificate in Human Resource- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR field- Must have experience with databases and extracting relevant HR data- Must be able to use HR Software- Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Mail etc.)- Age between 20 to 28 years old- Must have HR concept and mind set.- Self-motivated, teamwork and willing to learn.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
