Job Description

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
  • Collaborate with other members of the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and user guides.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects, such as software upgrades and system migrations.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in the field of IT support.

Job Requirements

Education              :    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Gender                   :    Male
Experience             :    At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
Language               :    Fluency
Skills                       :    Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
                                    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
                                    Basic knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity software (e.g., Office 365).
                                    Familiarity with networking concepts.
                                    Customer service experience is preferred.
                                    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
                                    Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and environments.
