The KBZPay Digital Product Executive plays a pivotal role in assisting senior product managers in the execution of product strategies and the lifecycle management of company products. By conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the product development process, the KBZPay Digital Product Executive helps drive innovation, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This role aims to develop the necessary skills and expertise in product management while supporting the achievement of company goals and objectives.

 

  • Assist senior product managers in defining and executing product roadmaps, feature prioritisation and release planning.
  • Support the development of product requirements based on stakeholder inputs and business goals.
  • Support the process in UX writing to develop the glossaries for the products and features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, design, marketing, and product owners to drive product development and delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in conducting user testing, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather input and validate product concepts and features.
  • Contribute to the creation of product documentation, customer journeys and release notes to support internal teams and external users.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to gather insights and identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Support utilizing the portals to publish communications for App
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, and share insights with the team.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in product management, project management, or a related role; experience in FinTech is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge in UX/UI and UX Writing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Asana is preferred.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of product management.
