We are currently looking for Logistics Executive Position with one of the foreign invested agriculture products manufacturing and trading companies in Yangon, Myanmar.

The position is directly reporting to the Logistics Manager and to work on Logistics related functions in Myanmar Facility.

Responsibilities

1. Documentation

• Responsible for assisting in importing including but not limited to shipping document check
• Import/ Export license application or application for other required permits or documents to import/ export
• Preparing for import, export and re-export custom clearance and communicating with agents.
• Document checking and customer service for third party importing customers for CIF or CNF sales and exporting suppliers for FOB sales.
• Support the logistics Assistant Manager, the commercial team or production team in areas including but not limited to liaising and coordinating with third party logistic vendors 
• Keeping oneself up to date with import and export process of relevant products as well as changes in custom duties and other applicable taxes.
• Learn and become proficient at company’s systems in related functions

2. Operation

• Assist with import and export documentation and custom clearance of feedstuffs and grains
• On top of working closely logistic colleagues, co-operate with commercial, warehouse, supply chain teams closely.
• Accurately maintain shipment details and timely update logistics information in the system.
• Assist inland logistics and sea trade shipment booking where necessary

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in custom clearance, inland logistics or shipping
• Fairly proficient in written and verbal communication in English
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Preferably with a diploma and above education in business, logistics or supply chain
• Prefer Animal Feed or Agriculture Feed working experience

Working time - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Working days - Monday to Friday (Optional on Saturdays)
