Job Purpose:

As gaming product & marketing growth manager, you will shape the evolution of our digital products and services, driving both product and marketing excellence. You will craft and execute a dynamic product strategy and roadmap, with a primary focus on gaming tournament platform, value-added services, and gaming network experiences. Your mission will be to accelerate revenue growth, optimize user engagement and cultivate a dynamic gaming community, to stay ahead of market trends and industry advancements.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a comprehensive product strategy & roadmap for digital products (key focus on gaming tournament platform), value-added services, and gaming network experiences, aligning with company goals and market trends.
  • Develop and implement effective monetization strategies for gaming products, value-added services, and digital offerings, optimizing revenue streams while delivering value to customers.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and customer-centric solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and gaps in the gaming industry, leveraging insights to drive product growth.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business objectives, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
  • Deep focus on the user experience by collaborating with design and UX teams to create immersive, intuitive, and engaging gaming experiences and digital services.
  • Collaborate with network engineering teams to optimize gaming network performance, ensuring low latency, high reliability, and seamless connectivity for gamers.
  • Plan, manage, execute, and optimized tactical and develop BTL campaigns to drive gaming revenue through automation and manual marketing campaign tools
  • Develop key contents/key messaging for unique selling points of products and platform to get best user conversions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management and marketing (a focus on gaming is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry, data services, digital trends.
  • Experience in planning & executing BTL marketing campaigns to drive revenue and user acquisitions.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products and marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong passion for gaming and be a focal point for gaming community development.
