Essential Duties and Responsibilities;

• Page Replies: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries on various online platforms.

• Customer Follow-ups: Implement effective strategies to maintain communication and gather feedback.

• Customer Data Collection: Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database.

• Customer Relationship Building: Initiate and nurture relationships with customers through effective communication.

• Marketing Materials: Assist in preparing required marketing materials for offline use.

• Event Participation: Attend and actively participate in offline marketing and branding events.

• Positive Interaction: Display enthusiasm, optimism, friendliness, and warmth in all customer interactions.

Job Requirements

Requirments:

• Bachelor's degree or Dip in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in a customer service or marketing role is advantageous but not mandatory.

•Online platforms, social media, and basic marketing principles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using social media platforms and customer relationship.

• Responsible for effective customer follow-ups and feedback collection.

• Actively participates in online marketing and branding events/campaigns as needed.
