Making Data Entry by software
Maintain meticulous records of incoming and outgoing messages within the administrative section.
Organize and maintain Proposals, Checklists, and other documents, along with copies of policies for each product.
Identify and request necessary stationery for the department.
Need to support in vehicle claim processes requirement
To communicate with the customers who are under vehicle insurance
Check the information related to the vehicle to be insured
Make sure to get customers' signature on the documents required by the Motor Department
Preparing and collecting the reports required by department and submitting to the direct Supervisor

Job Requirements

Age between 18 to 28 years
Any graduated or university attend
Working experience is advantageous, but candidates without prior experience are welcome.
Knowledge of insurance policies and regulatory compliance.
Good communication skills and good social skills
Active and strong team work partner
Respectable, flexible and able to learn
Good computer skills
