Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Quality Assurance in Operations:
- Ensure and check the exact amount of oils are filled in oil drum filling operation.
- Check the quantity of drums per customer on the trucks.
- Aid in coordinating activities with various departments to facilitate workflow and achieve production targets.
Oil Drum Filling Assistance:
- Support the filling and packaging of edible oils into drums or other containers based on customer orders.
- Assist in operating filling equipment, monitoring filling processes, and maintaining product quality standards.
- Help with cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of filling equipment and work areas.
Safety and Compliance Support:
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents, injuries, and environmental hazards.
- Assist in conducting safety inspections, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective actions as directed by the supervisor.
- Participate in safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Assist in maintaining records, reports, and documentation related to operations, inventory, and safety compliance.
- Help prepare production reports, inventory reconciliations, and other documentation as required.
- Support in data entry tasks and utilize computer applications for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
General Support:
- Provide general assistance to the operation supervisor and other team members as needed.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks such as organizing work areas, handling materials, and assisting in special projects.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and cooperation among colleagues.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a similar role or industry is desirable.
Basic understanding of operations in a manufacturing or terminal environment.
Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team, and communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, procedures, and safety protocols.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying objects as required.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety in the workplace.
Basic computer skills for data entry, documentation, and communication purposes.
