• Manage complex telecom projects, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation,and project execution.
• Provided leadership, guidance and mentorship to senior engineers, junior engineers, technicians, and project teams.
• Collaborate with telecom equipment vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to acquire and maintain necessary equipment and technologies.
• Support for installation of solar system and mini-shelter
• Responsible 24/7 for all of OM operation
• Manage and overall checking to JE/SE.
• Manage and control the OM process in related region.
• Manage to budgets for Project, control costs and optimize resources allocation to ensure cost effective network operations and OM process in related region.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery plans to ensure swift restoration of communication services during network emergencies or natural disasters.
• Assist and support to HoD and HO for all required data and information.
• Reporting daily, weekly and monthly to GM & Hod.

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
➢ Over 5 years’ experience in related field. (From Telecom background)
➢ Well experienced in Telecommunication and Operation & Maintenance fields.
➢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills (team work, knowledge sharing, commitments)
➢ Strong organizational and time management skills.
➢ Team building and problem-solving skills.
➢ To have capacities to manage the team professionally.
➢ Willingness to work and stay in rural area and under high pressure situation.
➢ Fluent in English both writing & oral. One or more language skill is preferable.
➢ Good in E-mail, Internet and Computer (Myanmar and English Typing) skill.
