  • Answers calls, responds to emails, takes messages, and handles correspondence.
  • Manage agenda and arrange meetings and appointments.
  • Prepares and disseminates correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Supports and facilitates the completion of regular reports.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Complies with minutes of meetings and recording decisions.
  • Arrange the workshops, events, and activities.
  • Perform Other tasks related to secretarial work.
  • Perform duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or qualification in secretarial work.
  • Minimum (2) years of experience in secretarial and admin fields.
  • Age between (25) to (30) years & willing to travel (Local & Oversea)
  • Proficiency in English 4 Skills (Chinese also preferable)
  • Proficient in MS Office Package
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
