Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. Be the L2 or L3 person to troubleshoot and analyze problems, before escalating to vendors and work to resolve problems with minimum impact. Able to perform root cause analysis and proposed/implement actions to prevent recurrence.
  2. Support Windows OS, MS office applications (Email, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
  3. Manage Active Directory, Azure AD and Office 365, CCTV system, Door Access system, Multi-Function Printer (MFP) Administration and Monitor Cybersecurity related administration works.
  4. Liaise with vendors effectively and post Projects Documentation
  5. Pass and maintain relevant certifications as required by the company.
  6. Investigate and diagnose relevant system problems and resolve it independently.
  7. Coordinate engineers across different teams to offer the solution.
  8. Summarize work and analyze operational data within a required period for the continual working improvement.
  9. Establish knowledge database, maintain, and update technical support documentation.
  10. Performing daily applications & system health checks
  11. supporting the company’s IT infrastructure (Network, System, Storage, IP Telephony System & etc.)
  12. Providing end user device support for internal staffs
  13. Occasional after-hours and weekend support is required with off-in-lieu given accordingly
  14. Participating in ad hoc projects
  15. Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by immediate superior of the IT Department

  1. A degree in information technology/computer information systems or relevant professional qualifications.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of IT working experience.
