Job Description

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial resume screening to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics, including booking rooms, sending interview invitations, and providing necessary information to candidates and interviewers.
  • Manage the entering candidate data, updating job postings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries and providing updates on their application status.
  • Communicate with hiring managers and interviewers to coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback on candidates.
  • Ensure that all recruitment-related documents, including applications, resumes, and interview assessments, are properly filed and stored in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in conducting background checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track the progress of the hiring process and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a positive employer brand by helping with job postings, social media updates, and other recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, create Odoo account and necessary requirements.
  • Maintain a centralized candidate database.
  • Regularly update candidate information, including resumes, employee information, and relevant notes.
  • Organize and categorize candidate profiles for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the database.

Job Requirements

•    Any bachelor’s degree and related diploma or certificate in Human Resources.
•    Minimum 1-year working experience in talent acquisition in any industry.
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel)
•    Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
•    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
•    Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
