Position Purpose / Context Technology Operations Lead - *Market* will be responsible for keeping our technology infrastructure operating as smoothly and efficiently as possible, working closely to support our bottling operations by delivering reliable, scalable and cost effective workplace technology, networks, distributed systems, Data center, Cloud operations, SAP infrastructure and IT operational support. Lead the entire Utility team to implement preventive/corrective/emergency maintenance activity within the manufacturing area to fully operate all the operation line without any breakdown due to lack of maintenance activity from Utility side. Lead the Utility team to do regular overhaul, retrofit and upgrade, inspection, service to fully compliance with Government regulation and TCCC requirements (such as Boiler Inspection, Compressor Yearly service, Chiller service, Electrical Room yearly inspection, Cooling tower service etc) to both Internal & External audit readiness all the time. Lead the Utility team to make improvements on Cost Saving Structure (EUR / WUR / Operational cost optimization / Innovation etc) within the manufacturing area which related to Utility team and also need to communicate/ involve with BIG for all the implementation project within the country. Lead the Utility team and build the people capability to reduce external service and maintenance activity and speed up in house workshop activity by working together with Maintenance team for all kind of modification / innovation / optimization within utility area. Responsible for making sure all the facility / assets / equipment within the utility area are in good condition and make yearly Assets Verification/ Management together with Finance team as necessary. Communicate with maintenance planners to do effective PM plan within the Utility area based on manufacturer guideline, internal PM schedule and well organize all the required activity together with Utility and Plant maintenance team. Advise on spare parts management to optimize inventory level as per BIG guideline and unnecessary parts purchasing which can leading to waste within the utility area. Responsible to leading and comply all QSE requirements and implementation within the Utility team. No safety bypassing and no safety accidents within the utility area. Leading Calibration/ Verification/ New system implementation activity within the utility area such as (Safety valve calibration, critical controls parameters verification and validation, new innovation activity which can support cost optimizing/ set up required action plan for safety compliance etc.) within the utility team/ area. Design effective budget models for departments and the entire company in order for respective departments to provide necessary information. Communicate with government agencies which are not limited (eg, Fire department, YCDC& MONREC, etc) for license and certification process to be maintained. Subjected to maintain Fire certificate, EMP, boiler, X ray licenses, Chemical storage license, etc. Lead with cross functional department and external stakeholders in tracking of incidents/accidents including IMCR history, investigation, and action has to be completed. Responsible to verify the data accuracy in KOSMO and QSPEC and reporting to BIG if necessary, as per timeline. Manage on all aspects of the occupational safety / security governance and legal or other requirements. Maintain the operations as per ISO 45001 requirements and KO compliances of bottler authorization by TCCC. Involve in project of business improvement, attend the events of local authority related to this roles. Collaborate with OU and BIG team to execute of 14 life safety rules to improve culture and Behavior Base Safety incidents.
