Monitor office supplies and stationery inventory, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective purchasing. Coordinate with vendors and technicians for the maintenance of office equipment (printers, AC units, etc.). Manage the allocation of meeting rooms and ensure they are equipped with necessary resources for presentations. Oversee the housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness across the office. Ensure full compliance with the company’s Food Safety Management System (FSMS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HACCP requirements. Conduct proper inspection and evaluation of in-process samples and finished goods, including laboratory and microbiological results. Accurately record data in SAP and promptly report any deviations or discrepancies to the relevant Manager. Monitor and comply with all Quality Control Parameters (QCP) specified during production processes. Implement instructions and corrective actions immediately as required by business operations. Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems, including control panels, wiring, motors, sensors, and PLC systems. Carry out routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and electrical equipment to ensure reliable operation. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in conveyors, mixers, packaging lines, compressors, and other production equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment usage records. Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements, including issues affecting production machinery.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier contracts, distribution agreements, marketing agreements, and licensing agreements. Assist in managing and resolving legal disputes, including product liability claims, consumer complaints, and commercial litigation. Collaborate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders to develop effective strategies and find favorable resolutions. Conduct internal audits, identify areas of non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions. Conduct legal research on various topics relevant to the FMCG industry, corporate governance, and emerging legal issues. Prepare legal opinions, memos, and reports to inform key stakeholders. Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations impacting the FMCG industry, such as product labeling, advertising, and consumer protection laws.
Manage trademark registration, renewal, enforcement, and IP protection. Handle real estate legal matters, including leases, property agreements, and due diligence. Provide legal support for FMCG operations, including distribution, supplier, and marketing agreements. Manage DICA filings such as company incorporation, amendments, and statutory compliance. Handle MIC permit applications, endorsements, renewals, and compliance reporting. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents. Liaise with government authorities and external legal advisors. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and manage legal risks.
Support the Brand Manager in the delivery of Brand KPI relating to brand equity. Support and follow up all the action plans related to the overall brand operations across the Marketing Matrix. Update the Team on competitor movements, informal consumer insights, and ensure the BM has current information on pricing and promotions within the Category. Liaise with cross-functional staff within company, particularly Trade Marketing, to help deliver the excellent execution in Marketing initiatives on time and cost effectively. Assist to monitor Brand spending, creating and accurately processing related documents within company system (e.g SAP). Coordinate with ATL, Digital and Event agencies on day-to-day requirements of the Brand. Create and implement warehouse best practices, policies, system and processes to improve operational and financial performance. Monitor and deliver solutions to warehouse and order fulfilment problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements. Resolve problems concerning warehouse and inventory issues. Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy, manage stock movements and rotations with the help of direct reports. Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in alignment. Keep track of slow moving and obsolete stock and highlight to stakeholders for disposition. Review impact of logistics and business model changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to stakeholders. Provide meaningful inventory and warehouse data to stakeholders to aid customer service and cost improvements. Identify, implement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
