To supervise/advise Accountants as necessary and take responsibilities for timely completion and accurate financial reports. Develop and Maintain Internal Control, Policy, Procedure and make sure to Effective Accounting System. Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls. Responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to the Management. Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns. Monitor and ensure internal control compliance for all the accounting entries. Providing required training and coaching to Accounting Team members to ensure skill and knowledge is updated and in line with the latest MAS update. To advise the Management on Corporate tax planning, tax forecast and tax calculation and any other tax related matters. Statutory LTO Tax filing and submission. Establish Accounts & Finance Team to Ensure All Finance and Accounting Activities Comply with Financial Regulation. Preparing Reports on Company Performance Including Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Analyses. Reviewing Financial Statements and Reporting to Management in Timely. Preparing Financial Statement for External Reporting Purpose such as Tax Return, Regulatory Filings, etc. Develop and Maintain the Cost Accounting System, Process, Documents and Records of the Organization. Help Management by Overseeing and Analyzing Cost Expenditure to make Recommendations about Cost-Efficient and Financially Feasible Cost Options

Analyzing monthly the fuel consumption of all KM trucks and reporting to the (Assistant) Manager Solving truck-related complaints from customer Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and update the information to the line manager timely Check and keep record on all the car documents (insurance, log sheets, driver regulation, agreement, wheel tax, fuel book, etc.) Need to arrange for selecting the right vehicles and maintaining them in good operating condition Estimate the calculation of loading / unloading times and follow up working performance Perform other job assigned by management
