Job Purpose: The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the company. This role plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's goals and objectives by developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs, manpower planning and budgeting, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Manpower Planning and Recruitment: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment. Policy implementation and Compliance: Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements. Advise management and update company regulations as necessary to reflect business needs and changes in labor regulations. Budgeting and Planning: Plan, implement, and monitor the HR budget to ensure effective resource allocation. Contribute to strategic planning initiatives and people development programs in collaboration with Regional HRBP and Corporate HR from headquarters. Performance Management and Employee Relations: Manage performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement. Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Facilitate effective communication and maintain positive relationships between employees and management. Compensation and Benefits Administration: Develop and update the company's compensation program, including salary administration and benefits packages. Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitiveness in the market. Administer payroll, social security insurance, personal income tax, and other monetary items as required by law. Reporting and team management: Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and training initiatives. Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment within the HR department.
Job Purpose: Responsible for leading and managing various aspects of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management within the organization. Collaborates with different teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain necessary equipment, and promote a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities Health & Safety Leadership: Lead, manage, and cultivate Health & Safety policies, methodologies, and procedures. Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations while coordinating risk assessments and safety guidelines in line with headquarters' requirements and organizational standards. Develop and execute safety training programs to meet both local laws and organizational standards. Conduct regular meetings to keep safety practices up to date, ensuring alignment with legal mandates and regulation and update the changes to management. Emergency Preparedness: Establish emergency action plans in readiness for accidents or unforeseen events. Train investigation team members in accident inquiry processes, utilizing methodologies such as the 5WHY Methodology. Maintenance and Facilities Management: Ensure the reliability and integrity of plant operations by effectively administering maintenance systems for utility, paint dispersion machines, and filling equipment etc. ISO and Environmental Compliance: Assist in the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 systems, and 5S practices to advance environmental sustainability. Maintain plant buildings and property to high standards, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Manage relevant contracts and respond to factory inspections and audits. Coordinate and plan capital projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion. Establish a comprehensive maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance records of factory equipment. Prepare and submit Initial Environmental Examination report to MJTD on time. Ensure safe disposal of liquid waste of Wastewater Treatment Tank in compliance with MJTD standard. Workplace Safety and Compliance: Conduct workplace inspections and take necessary actions to ensure full compliance. Investigate workplace concerns and complaints from workers and employers, assisting in appropriate actions. Investigate accidents or injuries occurring in the workplace. Assist in establishing workplace safety and health committees to reduce accident risks. Conduct health and safety training sessions for management, supervisors, and workers Team Development: Lead and nurture a team of proficient and motivated personnel. Set departmental performance standards, provide regular feedback, and design staff training programs to enhance competency. Other duties as assigned by superiors.
