- Entry the day to day accounting transactions including cash, journal, general ledger and month-end / year-end close processes.
- Maintain and accurate record of finish goods inventory.
- Preparing monthly inventory report (RM, WIP, FG) and submit to HOD.
- Coordinate with related department and operation staff for collecting data and information for reporting process.
- Register and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and calculation depreciation
- Collaborate with departments at factory, such as Laboratory, Engineering, Operations and Procurement to gather financial information and support product costing and inventory reporting.
- Monitor the raw material purchasing transactions and accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency across entities.
- Compliance accounting standards, tax regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Performing other report and duties as required or assigned by HOD.
