  • Responsible to perform design development from Conceptual design and preliminary CAD drawings to working drawing and detail drawings of architectural design project.  

  • Develop design documents to initiate and modify architectural, interior design and space planning solutions.

  • Provide construction documents to ensure compliance with building codes, laws and regulations.

  • Technical expertise in materials.

  • Learning and adapting to industry trends and technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture Degree.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in architectural design.
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes and regulations.
