Fabrication Assistant Manager သည် ဆန်စက်ပစ္စည်းများ ထုတ်လုပ်ရာတွင် Fabrication Process များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်၊ Production Plan အတိုင်း Quality၊ Safety နှင့် Delivery Time ကို ပြည့်မီစေရန် အဓိကတာဝန်ယူရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

• Rice Mill Machinery & Equipment များ၏ fabrication works (Laser cutting, bending, welding, assembly) ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
• Production Plan နှင့် Drawing အတိုင်း အလုပ်လုပ်ဆောင်မှုများကို ကြီးကြပ်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
• Material usage, wastage နှင့် stock control ကို စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
• Welding, fitting, machining quality ကို စံချိန်စံညွှန်းအတိုင်း ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
• Fabrication team (Supervisor, Welder, Fitter, Helper) များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
• Safety rules & PPE အသုံးပြုမှုကို အပြည့်အဝ လိုက်နာစေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
• Daily / Weekly production report များကို ပြုစုတင်ပြခြင်း။
• Breakdown, rework နှင့် delay ဖြစ်ရသည့် အကြောင်းရင်းများကို စိစစ်၍ အကြံပြုချက်ပေးခြင်း။
• Engineering / Design / QC team များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းညှိနှိုင်းလုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း။
• Continuous improvement (productivity, cost reduction, quality improvement) လုပ်ငန်းများကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Sheet metal Fabrication / Manufacturing Industry တွင် အနည်းဆုံး 4–6 နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံ
• Rice Mill Machinery, Industrial Machinery သို့မဟုတ် Heavy Fabrication အတွေ့အကြုံရှိပါက ဦးစားပေးပါမည်။
• Site / factory environment တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Overtime / production peak period တွင် လိုအပ်ပါက အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။

Technical Skills:

• Fabrication drawing &  mechanical drawing ဖတ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Welding processes (ARC, MIG, TIG) အခြေခံနားလည်မှုရှိရမည်။
• Sheet metal, structural fabrication အလုပ်လုပ်ဖူးရမည်။
• Basic machining & fitting knowledge
• Production planning &  material control အခြေခံနားလည်မှုရှိရမည်။

Management & Soft Skills:

• Team management & leadership skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• Problem-solving & decision-making skill ရှိရမည်။
• Communication skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။ (Production / Engineering / QC)
• Time management & pressure အောက်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။

Safety &Quality Knowledge:

• Factory safety rules & 5S knowledge ရှိရမည်။
• Quality control awareness ရှိရမည်။
