  1. Responsible for fixing and maintaining mechanical equipment, buildings and machines
  2. Handling plumbing repairs and maintenance
  3. Addressing electrical issues
  4. Maintaining VRV systems AC
  5. Manage record keeping, inventory management, procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment
  6. Generators control and electricity process
  7. Manage and organize security team
  8. Maintain firefighting and prevention procedure for whole office
  9. Furniture & Fixture control process
  10. Landscaping and Pest Control arrangement
  11. Prepare end of month reports and billings

Job Requirements

  1. B.E (Electrical), B.E (Mechanical)
  2. At least 3 - 5 years work experience in related field
  3. Good communication skills, negotiation skills

  4. Pleasant, friendly personality, self-motivator and result oriented
