Duties & Responsibilities;
- Support the Department Head in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Developing and implementation of service plans, strategies, and processes to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, enhance communication, and improve inter-departmental coordination.
- Monitor key performance indicators and service metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze data and reports to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing service planning procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues that require escalation, demonstrating effective problem- solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures. and best practices.
- Assist in the selection. training, and development of team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
